Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 达优客 dailyseo (Daily SEO CRM) and its related website www.dailyseo.cn (the "Service"), provided by Qingdao Canfei Network Technology Co., Ltd. (青岛驂騑网络科技有限公司) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本条款约束您对达优客 dailyseo（Daily SEO CRM）及官网 www.dailyseo.cn（下称"本服务"）的使用。本服务由青岛驂騑网络科技有限公司提供。您注册账号或使用本服务，即表示同意本条款。

2. The Service

The Service is a business workspace for foreign-trade companies, which may include: customer and follow-up management, product library, quotations and orders, AI content and video generation, publishing to social platforms (such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts) that you authorize, publishing to your own WordPress/WooCommerce website, and anonymous website visit statistics.

本服务是面向外贸企业的经营工作台，功能可能包括：客户与跟进管理、产品库、报价与订单、AI 文案与视频生成、向您授权的社媒平台（如 Facebook 公共主页、Instagram 商业账号）发布内容、向您自己的 WordPress/WooCommerce 网站发布内容，以及站点匿名访问统计。

3. Accounts and Authorization

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Connecting third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google) is done through the platform's official authorization; you may revoke it at any time in our system or in the platform's own settings.
• You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the Pages, Instagram Business accounts, websites and assets you connect.

您须自行保管账号密码并对账号下的所有操作负责；连接第三方平台（Facebook、Instagram、Google 等）须通过平台官方授权，您可随时在本系统或平台设置中撤销授权；您须确认对所连接的主页、Instagram 商业账号、网站及资产拥有所有权或管理授权。

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or repeatedly publish identical content in a way that violates platform rules;
• violate the terms, policies or community standards of any connected platform, including Meta Platform Terms (Facebook / Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress/WooCommerce;
• publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or that violates third-party rights;
• attempt to circumvent usage quotas, authorization checks, or the security of the Service.

We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these rules.

您同意不将本服务用于：发送垃圾信息或违规批量内容；违反所连接平台（含 Meta 平台条款、Google、TikTok、YouTube、WordPress/WooCommerce）的条款与社区规范；发布违法、误导、侵权或损害第三方权益的内容；绕过配额、授权校验或系统安全机制。对严重或反复违规的账号，我们可暂停服务。

5. Fees, Subscription and Renewal

• Paid plans are offered per the pricing published on our website or in your service agreement; quotas (such as seats, records, media storage) depend on the plan you purchase.
• Subscription periods and renewal dates are shown in the system. When a subscription expires, the Service is suspended until renewal is confirmed.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

付费套餐以官网或服务协议中公布的价格为准，配额（坐席、数据量、云空间等）取决于所购套餐；订阅周期与到期日在系统内显示，到期未续费将暂停服务，续费确认后恢复；已支付费用除法律要求或另有书面约定外不予退还。

6. Your Data

• Business data you enter (customers, orders, products, media, content) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service.
• You may export your data at any time; deletion is described in our User Data Deletion Instructions.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store the personal data of your own customers that you enter into the Service.

您录入的业务数据（客户、订单、产品、素材、内容）归您所有，我们仅为提供服务而处理；您可随时导出数据，删除方式见《用户数据删除说明》；您须确保录入的客户个人信息具有合法来源与依据。

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Their availability, policies and algorithms may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we are not responsible for a platform suspending, limiting or rejecting your content, account or application permissions, nor for any resulting loss.

本服务与第三方平台对接，其可用性、政策与算法可能随时变化。我们会尽力适配，但不对平台暂停、限制或拒绝您的内容、账号或应用权限及其造成的损失承担责任。

8. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that use of the Service will produce any particular business result (such as traffic, leads or sales).

本服务按"现状可用"提供。我们不保证服务不中断、无错误，也不保证使用本服务必然产生特定经营结果（如流量、询盘或成交）。

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因本服务产生的累计责任以您在索赔前 12 个月内支付的服务费用总额为限。

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and the User Data Deletion Instructions.

您可随时停止使用；如您违反本条款、逾期未付费或法律要求，我们可暂停或终止服务。终止后数据按《隐私政策》与《用户数据删除说明》处理。

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

我们可能更新本条款，重大变更将在本页公布并更新日期；变更后继续使用即视为接受。

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
