Dailyseo provides the dailyseo business workbench web application at crm.dailyseo.cn ("the Service"), including customer management, product library, quotations & orders, AI content generation and direct publishing to social platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This page explains what data we process when you use the Service.
达优客 dailyseo 提供外贸经营工作台（系统地址 crm.dailyseo.cn），包含客户管理、产品库、报价订单、AI 内容生成及向 Instagram / Facebook 等社媒平台的一键直发。本页说明使用本系统时我们会处理哪些数据。
处理的数据包括：您工作区的账号信息、您录入的客户/产品/订单/报价/跟进/联系人/关键词/知识库等业务数据、您上传的图片/视频/音频素材、系统生成或发布的内容，以及您授权 Instagram/Facebook 直发时平台返回的令牌与所选主页/商业账号标识（仅在您点“发布”时用于发布）。
数据用于：运行系统（存储/团队同步/查询/导出/备份）、按您的操作调用 AI 生成内容、仅在您明确授权并确认后将内容发布到您自己的社媒账号、以及技术支持。我们不会出售您的数据，也不会在您未确认时向任何平台发布内容。
Business data is stored primarily on your own devices (browser local storage / IndexedDB). When cloud sync is enabled, data is also backed up on our servers. When you publish content to social platforms, images or videos may be uploaded to your own website's media library (e.g. WordPress) to obtain a public URL that the platform can access.
业务数据优先保存在您本机（浏览器存储）；开启云同步后会在我们的服务器留有备份；当您向社媒发布时，图片/视频可能被上传到您自己的网站媒体库（如 WordPress）以生成平台可访问的公网地址。
我们不出售数据；仅在提供服务所必需时，与托管方、您主动调用的 AI 服务商及您授权的社媒平台共享。
You may export, back up or permanently delete your workspace data at any time from the Service. Deleting your data removes it from active storage; backups are purged according to our retention schedule. You may also disconnect social-platform authorizations at any time.
您可随时在系统中导出、备份或彻底删除自己的工作区数据，也可随时解除社媒平台授权。
Access to your workspace is protected by login and role-based permissions. Social tokens are stored in your workspace and used only to publish posts you confirm. Our servers use transport encryption and access control.
工作区受登录与角色权限保护；社媒令牌仅用于发布您确认的内容；服务器启用传输加密与访问控制。
The Service uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, we use Google OAuth to obtain an access token and a refresh token for the Google Account you authorize. The refresh token is stored only inside your own workspace and is used only to upload videos that you confirm. We may read basic information about the connected channel (its name and ID) to display which channel you connected. We do not read, download, store or redistribute any other YouTube data, and we do not access any other user's account or content.
You can disconnect the channel at any time inside the Service (this deletes the stored token), or revoke our access from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting your workspace also deletes the stored token and channel information.
By using the Service and connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Videos are uploaded only after you explicitly click the publish button, to the channel you authorized, with the privacy setting you choose.
本服务使用 YouTube API 服务。当您连接 YouTube 频道时，我们通过 Google OAuth 获取您授权账号的访问令牌与刷新令牌；刷新令牌仅保存在您自己的工作区内，仅用于上传您本人确认发布的视频，并可能读取所连频道的基本信息（频道名称与 ID）以便在界面上显示连接的是哪个频道。我们不会读取、下载、存储或转发其它 YouTube 数据，也不会访问其他任何用户的账号或内容。您可随时在系统内解除频道连接（同时删除已存令牌），或在 Google 账号的第三方应用权限页 myaccount.google.com/permissions 撤销授权；删除工作区同样会删除已保存的令牌与频道信息。您使用本服务并连接 YouTube 频道，即表示同意接受 YouTube 服务条款；您对 Google 服务的使用同时受 Google 隐私政策 约束。视频仅在您明确点击发布按钮后，按您选择的隐私状态上传到您授权的频道。
